1. Service Description & Beta Status

ADA AI is an AI orchestration platform that divides complex objectives into specialist steps, conducts automated quality reviews, and generates synthesis reports.

During the beta phase, the platform is provided free of charge for evaluation and feedback. We reserve the right to modify or introduce tiered pricing plans with advance notice.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, including generating harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass rate limits or access controls of the platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Nature of AI Outputs & Verification

ADA AI incorporates quality review mechanisms to flag unsourced figures, assumptions, and potential scope deviations. However, review flags are advisory indicators and do not constitute a guarantee of factual accuracy or legal/financial advice.

Users must independently verify critical data, estimates, and legal claims before relying on them for commercial or operational decisions.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the input goals, context, and prompts you provide, as well as the generated reports and outputs produced for your tasks.

5. Early Access Program

Complimentary Access: Early Access to ADA AI is provided free of charge, with no billing or subscription fees during this program.

Resource Limits: Early access accounts are subject to daily token quotas, concurrent task limits, and fair use thresholds specified in the platform.

Modification & Revocation: ADA Creative Co. reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove resource limits, model access options, or early access availability at any time without prior notice.

Suspension for Abuse: Accounts that engage in automated abuse, rate-limit circumvention, or violations of acceptable use terms may be immediately suspended or revoked without liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADA Creative Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on generated content.
