1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password credentials.

Usage & Task Content: When you interact with our AI agency team or chat interface, we store your prompts, task objectives, handoff notes, and generated synthesis reports so you can access them within your workspace.

Technical Data: We collect essential session tokens, IP addresses for rate limiting and security, and minimal browser telemetry necessary to provide service stability.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the ADA AI workspace and multi-agent task execution.

To route prompts to underlying AI model providers for inference without using your data to train public foundation models.

To enforce fair usage quotas and prevent service abuse.

To send essential transactional notifications (such as password resets and email verification links).

3. Third-Party AI Processors

ADA AI leverages enterprise AI provider APIs to orchestrate specialist tasks and quality reviews. Your task data is transmitted securely over TLS for the sole purpose of generating responses. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Your API Keys

User-Provided Credentials: ADA AI requires you to connect your own API key to run chat conversations and AI agency team tasks.

Encrypted Storage: Your API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptography and are never logged or exposed in client responses.

Direct Provider Processing: Prompts, agent instructions, and task contexts are transmitted directly to your chosen AI model provider using your own API credentials for the sole purpose of executing your requests.

Provider Data Policies: Data processed by your chosen model provider is governed by that provider's commercial terms and privacy policy.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

Data Export: You can export all your conversations, tasks, and reports in JSON format at any time directly from your Account settings.

Permanent Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and associated task history at any time.

Device Management: You can revoke active sessions and sign out of other devices with one click.

6. Early Access Application Data

Application Details: When you apply for Early Access, we collect your full name, email address, country, professional role, and a description of your intended use case, alongside a double opt-in consent timestamp. Raw IP addresses are never stored and are only temporarily hashed in cache for rate limiting.

Purpose of Processing: Your data is processed solely to verify your email, review your application, send invitation links upon approval, and manage platform capacity.

Retention Period: Unverified applications and rejected applications are automatically and permanently purged after 90 days. Approved applications that register are linked to the created account.

Right of Withdrawal & Erasure (GDPR & KVKK): You may withdraw your application and permanently delete all your application data at any time via the one-click withdrawal link included in verification emails.

Platform Model Inference: When utilizing the platform-provided model access (ADA AI), your prompts and task inputs are transmitted securely to a third-party enterprise AI model provider solely for generating responses. No data is used to train foundation models.

7. Data Retention & Security

We maintain strict administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal data. Data is retained only as long as your account remains active or until you request its deletion.
