1. Beta Phase

ADA AI is currently in public beta and available free of charge. No payment details are collected, and no charges are incurred during this period.

2. Future Paid Subscriptions

When commercial subscription plans launch, detailed pricing and refund terms will be published prior to taking any payment.

Users will have a standard 14-day refund window for initial subscription purchases if the service does not meet expectations, provided usage limits have not been excessively exceeded.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your account or future subscription at any time with immediate effect. No further charges will occur following cancellation.
